Bruce Arians’ last head coaching gig with Arizona saw his staff develop some talented players. Now, they are free agents, and the Buccaneers may target them.

Once free agency begins, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will need to be creative to get the most out of their limited cap space. According to overthecap.com, the Bucs have just over $12 million to spend.

One way general manager Jason Licht can find some value will be by looking at players who have ties to head coach Bruce Arians.

During his time with the Arizona Cardinals, Arians was able to develop talented players on both sides of the ball. Some fell off the radar once Arians left. Now looking to start fresh, they could be able to revive their careers under their former head coach.

Others went to other organizations and proved they were able to contribute no matter who was leading the way. Still, under Arians was where they found their greatest achievements.

Tampa Bay can use former Arians-coached players to address multiple holes on their roster. From talented wideouts that can stretch the field, to pass rushers looking to regain top form.

With so many options that Arians has spent time with back in his days in Arizona, here are five standouts that could have a reunion with the Buccaneers’ new head coach.
